There are 30 tours are published on www.selenatravel.com and 15 of them are enabled for direct online booking, you can find them in the “Tour Calendar”. It means that you can book directly any of 15 tours online using your credit cards (visa and master). We’re “Verified by Visa” and “Secured by Master code”
As for the rest of 21 tours, you can fill in Non – set departure tour from “Book a tour” and send us an email. One of sales managers or travel consultants will respond you within 48 hours of week days.
Tailor – Made and Private Holidays; design your holiday with us. Please just fill in our Tailor – Made and Private Holidays “Booking form” and send us your request. One of sales managers or travel consultants will respond you within 48 hours of week days.
Of course, you also can directly send us email which tour you would like to book along with your names and dates of your travel at sales@selenatravel.com. Our sales manager will get back to you shortly.

Selena Travel Mongolia offers mid - range of tours
1. Booking a tour “Set departure tours”: You can find set departure tours from “Tour Calendar” or you may already choose your tour from the Mongolia tours.
Once you select your interested tour from the “Tour Calendar” please click the Book this tour button at the right end of the tour page which directs you to the “Book a tour” page where your tour name, dates of tour will be automatically filled. Then you fill in the form (group size, contact person detailed information and other info) and click on the next button.
In case you’re going to book a tour from “Book a tour” page, at first you need to choose your tour type (SET DEPARTURE - GROUP TOURS OR NON – SET DEPARTURE TOURS). Let’s say, you’ve chosen SET DEPARTURE - GROUP TOURS. You’ll see SET DEPARTURE - GROUP TOURS <<choose your tour>> is enabled to choose. Click on the <<choose your tour>> and select your tour from the pop up window of “Tour Calendar”. Your tour name and dates of tour will be automatically filled. Then you fill in the form (group size, contact person detailed information and other info) and click on the next button.
Easy booking procedure
After four easy steps, your holiday is at safe hand.
Step 1: Pick a tour you want, fill the contact person detail
To choose what tour you’ve chosen and check it, and you need to fill some details of contact person and after you’ve done the booking, you’ll have an account on my booking, where you can manager your tour.
Step 2: Passenger details
Depending on group size, window appears to fill group personal details for tour logistic booking and visa support invitation letter.
Step 3: Finalize booking and make a deposit
In this step, you can check all the details that you’ve filled on the tour booking form and Read and accept our booking and cancellation policy & confirm your passenger details, tour and payment information

You’ll be directed to our online payment page and fill your credit card information. You can learn how to make payment from “Instruction how to make a payment” Your booking will be unable to be confirmed. So, please choose another date or can call to 976 7018 3499
4. Finding travel buddies: If you have found your interested tour but travelling alone and want to share the prices and have fun, please check the “Tour Calendar” page on the left menu. Your interested trip will be listed on our "Set departure" page and you can understand that “guaranteed” means that there are already participants has registered. “Available” means thatthe departure is available to register participants. Or you can directly ask from our travel consultants at sales@selenatravel.com
6. How to confirm your trip with us? Our clients are kindly asked to transfer 300 - 800 USD per person (depending on the tour class) as trip deposit to confirm their trips/spots on the tours with Selena Travel.
The trip deposit is made by either of the following ways for the Non-Set departure and Tailor Made tour booking:
a. Bank Wire Transfer to Selena Travel bank account
*In all cases, the payer is responsible for transfer/card charges.
The remaining balance of the total payment is transferred 30-60 days prior to the trip departure on paid upon your arrival in Mongolia in cash USD. All reservations are subjects to cancellation if deposit is not received on its due date.
