Travel note from Naiman nuur or known as Eight lakes

In August 2016, Office team of Selena Travel Mongolia, visited to the one of the most off-beaten track destination " Naiman nuur or known as Eight lakes" in Uyanga soum of Uvurkhangai province. Let me share with you our travel experience. We spent 2 full days at the Great Eight lakes to enjoy the pristine nature with the horse ride and some trekking. The national park is located in a high mountains area comprising alpine meadows and forests of conifers (Siberian pines and Siberian larches)

As you have probably heard in almost every trailer video about Mongolia- throat singing is a favorite art of Mongolians. For people who think that singing can only produce one note at a time, hearing a throat-singing would be a pleasant surprise. With the help of unique technique that have been handed down from as early as human evolution, throat singers can produce two or more notes at the same time, creating a perfectly harmonious sound. Spring cleaning day organized by Selena Travel team

Selena Travel Group is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2018 with a series of events throughout the year. On last Saturday, the 28th April, in collaboration with the Gun Galuut local community, Selena Travel team has organized a cleanup day to collect garbage from Ulaanbaatar to Gun Galuut Nature Reserve. More than 30 people have participated in the event and ended up cleaning and gathering over 200 bags of trash, mostly glass, plastic bottles and aluminum cans.
