in Ulaanbaatar, our guide and driver will meet
us at the airport. After checking in, visit the
Gandan Buddhist Monastery, Museum of Mongolian
National History and Genghis Monument on the Sukhbaatar

to Gun-Galuut. Hiking to Mt.Baits to view the

noodle soup cooking as for your lunch. Bring water
on yak cart from the river Kherlen. Return to

Wildlife
of Gun-Galuut - During the trip you
will see and take pictures of endangered wild
Mountain sheep-Argali the Big Horns from the
closest distance and view of many species of
rare waterbirds: White-napped crane, Siberian
White Crane, Black stork, Asian pond heron,
Whooper swan, Swan Goose and so on. Gun-Galuut
is a home for over 60 Argali sheep and other
wild animals. Here you are able to view these
beautiful big animals from the closest distance
and take some great photos.Nomadic Family in
Gun-Galuut - Visiting a nomadic family on horseback
is an exciting experience. Mongolian nomads
are the friendliest people that you can meet
on earth and they welcome you to their gers.
The
nomads inhabit the entire country respecting
the nature, living in gers, breeding livestock-
sheep, goat, horse, cow, yak and camel, moving
for good pasture and good water for their animals,
living from the products they produce, galloping
on horseback... This is the life the great nation
has lived since the time immemorial, conquered
half of the world and they have perfected it
through the centuries. Rare birds in Gun-Galuut
- The Nature Reserve is also home for world
endangered bird species of White-Napped Crane,
Siberian White Crane, Black Stork, Asian Pond
Heron, Whooper Swan, Swan Goose. These "handsome
and proud" fawls inhabit the lovely lakes
of Ayaga, Ikh-Gun and wetland of Ayaga in the
Nature Reserve. It is a wonderful opportunity
to view and take photos of these birds as they
are not seen in almost all places of the world
except a few places to name.
