Day 1.

Beijing. Your
local guide will pick you up at the airport
upon your arrival in Beijing and take you to
your hotel. In the afternoon,
you will visit Tiananmen Square,
the world’s largest public square and
overview the communist influences. You’ll
tour the grounds and discover the halls and
monuments. From there, you will walk to the
Forbidden City, also known
as the Imperial Palace Museum. With over 180
acres and a collection of great halls, you will
see antiques and treasures representing all
of China’s history.

Beijing. In the morning, you will visit the Olympic stadiums (“Bird’s nest” and “Water cube”). Then, your guide will take you to visit and climb the Great Wall and discover the Ming Tombs.

Beijing to Xian. Transfer to the airport for flight to Xian. Then, you will visit the Xian City Wall. It is not only the most complete city wall that has survived in China but also one of the largest ancient military defense systems in the world. You can choose to either walk or bike the walls, especially when the weather is nice, allowing you to enjoy Xian from a different perspective.

Day 4.

Xian. Visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, where no two soldiers are alike, from the kneeling archer, to the standing archer, a cavalryman and a horse, a mid-ranking officer and a general.
In the afternoon, visit the Great Mosque, one of the oldest, largest and best-preserved Islamic mosques in China, worth seeing for its mixed architecture, both traditional Chinese and Muslim styles.
In the evening, visit the Beiyuan Men Islamic street, lined with Islamic shops, restaurants and street vendors. This is a great place to stroll in, enjoy an authentic meal, shop and get a taste of traditional Muslim culture.

in Xintiandi, a complex that combines history,

to Beijing. In the morning, visit the
Jade Buddha Temple, one of the main touristic
highlights in Shanghai and one of Shanghai's few
active Buddhist monasteries still remaining. Then,

and comfortable garden in the heart of bustling
Shanghai. In the afternoon, tour People's Square
and then visit the Shanghai Museum. In the evening,

for your departure from Beijing to Ulaanbaatar.
Arrival in Ulaanbaatar, city sightseeing: Our

Gandan Monastery, Museum of Mongolian National
History and Genghis Monument on the Sukhbaatar

Xian.
Xian is the capital of Shaanxi province, located in the southern part of the Guanzhong Plain. With the Qinling Mountains to the south and the Weihe River to the north, it is in a favorable geographical location surrounded by water and hills. It has a semi-moist monsoon climate and there is a clear distinction between the four seasons. Except the colder winter, any season is relatively suitable for traveling.
The cultural and historical significance of Xian, as well as the abundant relics and sites, help Shaanxi enjoy the laudatory title of 'Natural History Museum'. The Museum of Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses is praised as 'the eighth major miracle of the world', Mausoleum of Emperor Qin Shi Huang is listed on the World Heritage List, and the City Wall of the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644) is the largest and most intact Ming Dynasty castle in the world. In the city, there is the 3,000 years old Banpo Village Remains from the Neolithic Age (approximately from 8000 BC to 5000 BC), and the Forest of Stone Steles that holds 3,000 stone steles of different periods from the Han Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty. Around Xian, the Famen Temple enjoys the reputation of being the 'forefather of pagodas and temples in Central Shaanxi,' because it holds the finger bones of Sakyamuni -- the founder of Buddhism. The natural landscape around Xian is also marvelous Mt.Huashan one of the five best-known mountains in China, is famous for its breath-taking cliffs and its unique characteristics.
Gun-Galuut Nature Reserve.
Gun-Galuut Nature Reserve is truly the marvelous combination of mountains, steppes, pretty lakes, rivers and wetlands with its famous rare wildlife species. It is a home to the world endangered Wild mountain sheep-Argali, White-napped crane, Siberian White Crane, Hooded Crane, Swan Goose, Whooper swan and so on. Over 80 Argali sheep inhabit peacefully now and rare birds coming every summer in Gun-Galuut. Tourists visiting the Nature Reserve have the opportunities to do watching and taking photos of the endangered species, fishing, rafting and kayaking in the lakes and rivers, hiking, trekking and camping in the beautiful and peaceful nature, visiting nomadic family, riding horse, yak and camel and getting introduced to traditional nomadic lifestyle and culture. The reserve is only 2 hour drive from Ulaanbaatar to the east.
